Proceeds From Sold Out 2026 Cushing Terrell Golf Classic Will Benefit YWCA Billings Emergency Shelter Program
Multidisciplinary design firm Cushing Terrell will host its annual Golf Classic fundraising event on Friday, August 21, at Pryor Creek Golf Club. The proceeds this year will benefit the YWCA Billings Emergency Shelter Program, which provides safe shelter and critical support for individuals and families facing domestic violence and housing instability.
In fiscal year 2025 alone, YWCA Billings provided more than 15,000 nights of safe shelter, along with counseling, advocacy, and housing support services that helped hundreds of adults and children regain safety, stability, and a path forward during times of crisis.
In its 11th year with a named fundraising beneficiary, the 2026 Cushing Terrell Golf Classic is expected to push the cumulative funds raised upwards of $170,000. Previous beneficiaries include RiverStone Health Foundation, Billings Family YMCA, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County, Moss Mansion, Alberta Bair Theater, The Family Tree Nurturing Center, Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, Education Foundation for Billings Public Schools, and ZooMontana.

We’re excited to partner with YWCA Billings this year! We provided pro bono design services to envision a remodel of their campus for the Northern Lights Family Justice Center in 2024, and now the proceeds from our Golf Classic will build on that effort to support YWCA’s work with domestic violence survivors.

Thanks to overwhelming community support, the 2026 Cushing Terrell Golf Classic has officially sold out with all team registrations filled. We are grateful for the tremendous response from golfers, sponsors, and community partners. To accommodate growing interest and maximize fundraising impact, the tournament will expand in 2027 to include both morning and afternoon flights, significantly increasing the number of teams and fundraising dollars.
