This multifamily residence consists of 96 rental apartments in eight individual buildings of 12 units, each built to align with accessibility and FHA standards.  Every unit is 840 square feet, contains two bedrooms, and is ADA compliant. The efficient organization allows for living, dining, a comfortably-sized kitchen, laundry, and in-unit storage at an affordable price.  

Every unit also has an exterior covered entrance, providing a secure but economical flow of traffic. The unique site layout circulates parking around the perimeter while positioning buildings radially, thus creating a communal courtyard on the interior.
