St. Vincent Healthcare Joint Center & Lobby Renovation

The St. Vincent Healthcare Joint Center includes 18 inpatient rooms for patients who have undergone joint replacement procedures. This complete renovation of 13,500 sq. ft. is designed around a hospitality concept with attention given to minimizing the institutional elements common to hospital settings. The core of the Joint Center is a physical therapy space which includes a new exterior deck to provide direct patient access to nature. A centralized seating nook and nourishment station are included to encourage a sense of community among the patients and supporting family members.

The lobby renovation has set a precedent within the facility for creating a sense of arrival for visitors. In addition to the new lobby, three new patient rooms provide the same space and amenities developed for the Joint Center.
