Section Foreman House Rehabilitation

The historic Section Foreman house in Wayzata, MN, will be adaptively reused as a community learning center. Anchoring one end of the award-winning Panoway Project, the charming building will have multiple programmatic user groups utilizing the space throughout the year. With a focus on restoring the home’s significance, the Cushing Terrell team, in partnership with the City of Wayzata, will tell the unique story of the Section Foreman house and celebrate its connection to the community, the railroad, Lake Minnetonka, and the local ecology.
