Sawtooth Concepts

Sawtooth Concepts is a cabinet manufacturer that required a 27,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement in a recently completed building. The goal was to create the most advanced cabinetry shop in the Northwest. To meet this goal, Cushing Terrell researched similar shops while collaborating with the owner to provide equipment, layout, and efficient use of each space. This process allowed us to create a well-coordinated document set that accurately described the contractor’s intent for a seamless build. Additionally, the team’s programming efforts allowed them to focus on the client’s goal during construction rather than other concerns that often arise. 

Furthermore, fine-tuning of equipment layouts and efficient coordination with the contractors avoided any cost increases or schedule complications. The finished product is a premier cabinet shop that meets the owner’s goals and will enable them to continue to grow and lead the industry.
