Saratoga Fish Hatchery Site Assessment
The water treatment system installed 30 years ago had begun to show signs of aging. A site assessment was conducted to examine and make recommendations concerning each component of the treatment system including valves, piping, drum filters, UV systems, pumps, containment tanks, and contact chambers. Working with a team of specialists, the assessment also addressed the backup generator, the high humidity issues in the treatment building, and associated electrical systems and alarms. The assessment was compiled into a report to be utilized for funding acquisition and the design phase of the project.
