On the Boards: Rock Creek Cattle Company Cart Barn

Rock Creek Cattle Company is embarking on an exciting new project to enhance its facilities in Deer Lodge, Montana. Cushing Terrell prepared construction documents for a 6,600 sq. ft. structure designed to store, clean, and charge golf carts for the nearby ranch. 

This new, wood-framed construction will be strategically located adjacent to the golf house, ensuring seamless integration with existing amenities. 

The project will not only accommodate storage for approximately 50 golf carts and maintenance, but will also feature a dedicated golf pro area, a golf cart washing station with an exterior open wash bay, and an area equipped with a washer, dryer, ice maker, and two restrooms, enhancing the overall experience for guests and staff alike.

This development underscores Rock Creek Cattle Company’s commitment to providing state-of-the-art facilities and exceptional service to its patrons. Cushing Terrell provided architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression design and engineering services.
