Kendall Ford Commercial and RV Service Center

Cushing Terrell worked with Kendall Auto Group to design their new, ground-up facility in Meridian, Idaho. The goal of the project was to enhance customer service for both retail and commercial customers by relocating the reconditioning, accessories, and commercial fleet services from dealership buildings to a central hub with dedicated spaces for each service line. The Cushing Terrell team worked to balance the auto manufacturer’s requirements with the client’s vision for an efficient workflow and clean, modern aesthetic.

The state-of-the-art facility comprises a 87,740 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building that houses the service, accessories, and reconditioning departments along with a 22,530 sq. ft. covered outdoor parts storage space. The structure contains more than 50 service stalls, including 40 spacious bays with 16-foot doors. The facility also caters to both staff and customer comfort with a customer lounge, technical training room, staff lounge and kitchen, outdoor break area, and locker rooms. Another benefit: The facility is equipped to provide fast-charging for commercial and consumer electric vehicles.
