Cushing Terrell provided the master planning, and Phase 1 and Phase 2 design for Kalispell North Town Center. The property is a 435-acre mixed-use development. Phase 1 and 2 included 81 acres of commercial and high density residential development. Cushing Terrell provided the initial land planning, zoning/PUD amendment, preliminary platting, public improvement plans, final platting, and construction administration services.
