K1 Speed

This tenant improvement project involves transforming an existing industrial building into K1 Speed, an innovative and thrilling electric go-kart facility. Occupying around 50,000 sq. ft. of the 207,000 sq. ft. shell building located at 1135 N. Hickory Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, K1 Speed offers a multi-level racetrack, along with concessions, meeting rooms, restrooms, and other associated spaces. By repurposing the industrial space, K1 Speed brings a new and exceptional experience to the Treasure Valley in Idaho, becoming the first of its kind in the area. Owned and operated by Kenny Roberts Jr., this alternative use adds excitement and appeal to locals and visitors.
