Inland Multifamily Residences
Cushing Terrell has been one of Inland Group’s closest architectural partners since 2013. A leader in high-density residential development and construction, Inland Group specializes in income- and age-restricted multifamily housing across the western and midwest states. Our architectural team has completed nearly two dozen design and construction projects representing over 3,000 housing units in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, and Colorado. Most of those efforts started with site due diligence and master planning, with an additional 15 master-planned sites rounding out our working relationship.
The Affinity projects are single-building complexes with apartments that are accessed off an interior corridor. These residences are often affordable, independent senior housing including the HUD project, Affinity at Arlington, WA. Built on a 5.35-acre site, Affinity at Arlington’s 185,000 sq. ft. of build space contains 170 living units with shared amenities including a theater, multiple lounges, a library, a swimming pool/spa building, various activity rooms, and outdoor active spaces.

Inland Group’s Copper projects cater to a diverse range of affordability, from affordable to workforce housing rates. These projects typically consist of smaller apartment buildings, each averaging 20 units, with access via exterior stairs or breezeways. Our design philosophy emphasizes sustainability, durability, accessibility, and enhancing the quality of life, tailored to the distinctiveness of each site and community. Copper projects generally encompass 240+ total units, offering a mix of one- to four-bedroom apartments, complemented by a central leasing and community building, outdoor spaces, and a swimming pool.
