Gowen Industrial Park

The Gowen Industrial Park comprises three Class A concrete tilt construction buildings totaling 140,000 sq. ft. Designed by Cushing Terrell, these versatile buildings offer 26-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, and divisible 10,000 sq. ft. tenant spaces. The team incorporated an integral screen to hide mechanical and rooftop equipment and seamlessly integrated a fire riser room and roof access into the architecture. They creatively addressed the sloped site, allowing optimal truck access with on-grade overhead doors and loading docks on the buildings’ west side.

Cushing Terrell provided comprehensive architectural, interior design, landscape architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering services for each of the three structures.
