This was a first generation tenant interior of 10.5 floors comprised of over 300,000 GSF. The multi-phase project began during base building construction and included a robust program ranging from creative office workspaces to specialty spaces for cafes, large events, fitness, and a variety of amenity and exterior spaces. Cushing Terrell provided a broad range of full design services for the complete tenant improvement. Our team of architects and interior designers, as well as structural and MEP engineers, lead the design coordination between the tenant and base building teams to incorporate build-to-suit modifications to meet the Google team’s needs.
