Fletcher Street Multifamily
The proposed project is a single structure with two parking and commercial use levels with five apartment units over the parking. There is a planned commercial tenant improvement space at the western ground level and the possibility of a small secondary tenant improvement space at the north corner.
The vision for the project is to create a much-needed small apartment community addition to the West End neighborhood near the Boise River recreational waterway and the Greenbelt pathway systems. The design team incorporated outdoor seating and dining spaces to activate the outdoor environment and encourage pedestrian connections from Fletcher Street to the Greenbelt.
The building design leverages its location by forming a landmark corridor with unique façade modulation and articulation, signifying a respectful visual gateway into and out of the downtown area.
