Creekwood Chappelle Market Assessment and Master Plan

Creekwood is an example of Cushing Terrell’s dynamic land planning capabilities. Located in the southwestern sector of Edmonton, Alberta, Creekwood is a large planned residential community north of the Edmonton International Airport. Cushing Terrell was brought in to envision the predominantly commercial, mixed-use sector of the community. Serving a broad region beyond the Creekwood residential community, the 40-acre development follows a new urbanism concept of retail, commercial, office, and multi-family development necessary for the predominantly residential area of the city.

Cushing Terrell developed a market assessment and visioning exercise with the client to align the marketplace with the new urbanist design.
