Cortland on the River Apartments

The design inspiration for the Cortland on the River project was ‘Vibrant Urbanism’ and included influences of deep saturated jewel tones, raw wood and steel, and warehouse inspired forms.  

Cushing Terrell provided interior design services, including the full design of all common spaces and amenities and the finish selection in units. The leasing office, a large club room, a two-story fitness center with shower rooms, hallways, elevator lobbies, and stair towers were all a part of the project scope. The team also provided design for furniture, art and plants, as well as décor and staging for model units and amenities.
