Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Master Facility Planning

The goal of this master facility planning effort was to assist Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC) to develop a roadmap for future projects and help set priorities, budgets, and approximate timelines for this work. The master facility plan considers options to meet the future needs of CRMC while focusing on utilizing current buildings, reducing leases by moving business offices to east campus, identifying growing units and consolidation opportunities, and providing a plan for updating existing departments.

Our approach was collaborative and inclusive, characterized by an integrated process involving CRMC’s diverse Master Facility Plan Steering Committee and Cushing Terrell’s architectural and engineering design teams. We followed a planning initiative over three phases – Strategic Planning, Facility Planning & Scoping, and Master Planning. We are currently partnered with CRMC in implementing high-priority aspects of the plan.
