Cerebral Brewing

Cerebral Brewing, located just off East Colfax in Denver, is a 3,906 sq. ft. tenant finish for the craft brewery facility and its associated tasting room. The building was originally an auto body repair shop that sat vacant for a number of years prior to its renovation into a retail building, and includes a patio space serving as an outdoor extension of the tasting room.

Cerebral Brewing’s core philosophy is: “Beer is art. Beer is culture. Beer is science. Our goal at Cerebral Brewing is to combine scientific methodology with an artistic viewpoint to create extremely drinkable beers spanning a broad spectrum of styles,” which perfectly aligned with Cushing Terrell’s project and overall goals: to create unique, value-rich, durable spaces in which all comers can live, work, and play.

The brewery is joined at this vibrant East Colfax location by eateries Humble Pie and Machete Tacos.
