This project marks the first phase in a three-phase development of townhomes and multifamily residences strategically designed to maximize the potential of compact, yet sophisticated sites. These homes are crafted to attract active families who thrive on a dynamic lifestyle. 

The ground level of each unit is dedicated entirely to a spacious garage area, featuring a large glass door that enhances both functionality and aesthetic appeal. This level is a versatile space, ideal for a workshop, a “man cave”, or a “she shed” and provides a personalized retreat for hobbies and leisure activities.
