Billings Federal Credit Union, King Avenue Branch

Cushing Terrell delivered various architectural and engineering services to develop Billings Federal Credit Union’s new King Avenue branch. The project features a 3,200 sq. ft, single-story facility equipped with automated teller systems, including lobby ITMs and two drive-up ITMs. The branch includes four offices, various support spaces, and a parking lot. Located on a 1.316-acre parcel in Billings, Montana, the project encompassed a comprehensive suite of services such as architecture and interior design; landscape planning; civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering; and roofing and building envelope design.
