Billings Federal Credit Union, Heights Branch

Cushing Terrell efficiently updated the 2,070 sq. ft. Billings Federal Credit Union Heights Branch, opting for renovation over new construction. The comprehensive modernization effort included enhancing insulation, updating the façade with brick and MCM panels and installing a new standing seam metal roof.

Exterior improvements featured high-efficiency thermally broken storefronts, a new drive-up canopy, and landscaping.

Internally, the building underwent extensive renovations, with new offices, a break room, restrooms, MEP rooms, and a server room. Contemporary finishes, large storefront doors, linear carpet tile floors, luxury vinyl tile, and accent lighting created a modern aesthetic. We upgraded the HVAC system with a concealed packaged unit, and deliberate design choices, such as exposed ductwork in the main hallway, contributed to the modern atmosphere.

Cushing Terrell provided a range of services, including architecture, interior design, civil, mechanical, electrical, structural engineering, and landscape architecture.
