Affinity Monterrey Village Independent Senior Living

In partnership with Inland Group, Cushing Terrell provided design services for Affinity Monterrey Village, a 159,369 SF independent senior living complex comprised of 154 total units and a 4,341 SF pool house. The multi-family development includes community amenities such as covered parking, an outdoor fire pit, a dog run, and a community garden. In addition, residents have access to a library, a theater, a lounge, a cafe, and a family dining room, among other on-site spaces and services that encourage community-building and activity.
