Accruent at The Domain

Accruent is a technology company that offers facility and real estate management solutions for best-in-class operational and financial performance. The new headquarters is a second-generation commercial office space located in Austin’s dynamic area of The Domain. It contains approximately 80% open plan seating, numerous meeting, conferencing, training rooms, a gymnasium, wellness center, network-on-chip (NoC), IT labs, IDF rooms, and a multi-purpose café area.

The fresh and energetic design space is for a broadly millennial workforce that still meets the needs of the firm’s leaders. The design challenges included an aging building with unique existing conditions, one huge single-floor plate, and a lack of natural light in deeper spaces. The design solution resulted in a lively balance of flexible, open workspaces to comfortable, collaborative areas that promote innovation and wellness.
