8 Aspen Midtown Affordable Housing

Midtown Affordable Housing is a 320,000 sq. ft. project situated along North 8th Avenue and West Aspen Street in Bozeman, MT. The nine-story project has recently wrapped up conceptual design, featuring 400 studio and one-bedroom units. The City has introduced new affordable housing “deep incentives” to boost density for this project, with a goal of making 50% of the homes available at 60% AMI. Various financing options are being looked into at the local, state, and federal levels, and construction is expected to kick off in the spring of 2024.
