The 8 Aspen Midtown Affordable Housing project is a 238,600 sq. ft. multi-family project situated along North 8th Avenue and West Aspen Street in Bozeman, MT. The multi-family housing project aims to provide 289 units, ranging from studio to one-bedroom apartments, addressing the crucial need for affordable housing in the region.

The six-story development is designed to offer a blend of functionality and community living. The ground floor will feature essential amenities, including parking spaces, retail outlets, owner storage facilities, bicycle parking, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing rooms. Floors two through six will house the residential units, conventionally framed over a sturdy concrete podium. The rooftop patio is designed to serve as a communal gathering space.
