10 Mile Crossing Office Building

Office Building 6 at Ten Mile Crossing stands three stories tall, approximately 25,000 sq. ft. per floor, totaling 73,478 square feet. Designed to integrate seamlessly with its surroundings, Office Building 6 maintains architectural and material consistency while introducing variations that distinguish it from nearby structures.

The building sits among neighboring office, retail and healthcare facilities located within the Ten Mile Crossing development at the northeast corner of Ten Mile and I-84.

The building’s form aligns with existing and proposed adjacent offices, featuring a streamlined rectangular design with stair towers next to the main entrances. The initial shell construction includes a central core housing restrooms, a janitor’s closet, elevators, and an electrical room. Expansive glazing maximizes daylight while offering 360-degree views. The glazing is framed by EIFS massing, providing prominent spaces for primary tenant signage. LED accent strip lighting runs along the perimeter, subtly highlighting architectural features and enhancing nighttime visibility. A masonry base grounds the structure, offering durability in high-traffic exterior areas.

Vertical shading fins reduce solar exposure and add depth and visual interest to the facade. The entries are scaled for pedestrian comfort and ease of daily access. Stair towers incorporate vertical windows that bring natural light into stairwells, encouraging their use over elevators.

Illuminating the towers at night further emphasizes their presence.
