In 1806, Captain William Clark and the Corps of Discovery camped on the banks of the Yellowstone River near present-day Livingston, MT. Clark’s diary speaks of the Yellowstone River as “bold and deep, the water of a whitish blue color.” Two hundred years later, Cushing Terrell opened an office here and the Yellowstone is still bold and deep.
Our team takes advantage of the river with a rod or a raft, and the mountains with a bow or a backpack. Artists and ranchers, authors and recreationists: all make Livingston’s eclectic community home. Cushing Terrell is a part of this community and we work to keep it strong, and to ensure our environment remains healthy and vibrant.
