Targee Apartments – The Betty

The Targee Apartments, also known as “The Betty,” is a four-story apartment building in Boise, Idaho. The multi-family building comprises 46 units, incorporating one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with exterior parking on the ground level. 

The project’s vision is to create a dense apartment community in the Vista neighborhood with easy access to the Vista Corridor and transit systems. The apartment building is designed to meet the affordable housing requirements set forth by the City of Boise’s Affordable Housing Density Bonus program, which allows for an increase in density by including income-restricted housing units. The building was constructed using a four-story wood-framed construction method.
