The structural team faced a significant challenge in analyzing these timbers to ensure their structural integrity, as every piece of wood plays a crucial role in the building’s framework. The project showcases remarkable craftsmanship, evident in the intricate details throughout the residence. 

Notable features include the installation of a stunning fireplace and a beautifully crafted spiral staircase. The attention to detail is further highlighted by the design for wine bottle storage along the stringer and an operable bookcase.
