Montana Federal Credit Union 14th Street Addition

Montana Federal Credit Union (MTFCU) hired Cushing Terrell to provide schematic design services for a two-story addition to the MTFCU building on 14th Street in Great Falls, Montana. The building primarily houses administration and training facilities. 

The addition is approximately 6,000 sq. ft. on the main level with a slightly smaller footprint on the second floor due to the roof pitch and space needed for the structural systems. The addition includes an elevator and stairwells and accommodates the existing mechanical system and electric utility rework. The shared parking area to the northwest includes architectural landscaping, lighting, and an asphalt overlay.
