2025 Cushing Terrell Golf Classic to Benefit RiverStone Health’s Kid Connect Programs

Multidisciplinary design firm, Cushing Terrell, will host its annual Golf Classic fundraiser on Friday, August 22, at Pryor Creek Golf Club in Huntley, Montana. Proceeds from the event will support RiverStone Health’s Kid Connect programs, which work to connect children and families throughout Yellowstone County with vital resources.

“We’re excited to announce RiverStone Health Foundation as the beneficiary of this year’s Golf Classic,” Cushing Terrell Principal Karl DeCock said. “We’ve had the privilege of providing design services for RiverStone Health’s facilities for more than a decade. And while we’ve always enjoyed participating in RiverStone Health’s own annual golf tournament, we’re turning the tables and honored to host them and help raise funds in support of the beneficial services they provide to our community.”

Kid Connect is part of RiverStone Health’s comprehensive care model, which includes a federally qualified health center and a wide range of public health services. Programs include:

  • Yellowstone Valley Child Advocacy Center: A one-stop center supporting the legal and healthcare needs of child maltreatment victims across Eastern Montana.
  • Nurse-Family Partnership: An evidence-based program aimed at strengthening families through nurse-led support for parents-to-be.
  • KidsFirst: Provides essential medical, dental, and behavioral health services for infants and children in the foster care system.
  • Welcome Baby: An initiative offering resources and support for new parents navigating the challenges of early parenthood.

Now in its tenth year with a named fundraising beneficiary, the Cushing Terrell Golf Classic is on track to surpass $150,000 in cumulative funds raised. Over the years, this event has supported a diverse group of impactful local organizations, including the Billings Family YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County, Moss Mansion, Alberta Bair Theater, The Family Tree Nurturing Center, Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, and ZooMontana.

The tournament will follow a four-person scramble format, kicking off with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start. After the round, participants are invited to enjoy refreshments and a prize ceremony at the clubhouse.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available. For more information, please contact Alyssa Voeltz at alyssavoeltz@cushingterrell.com or call 406.248.7455.
